About shipping and delivery

【about shipping cost】
The shipping fee is a flat rate of 660 yen (tax included) nationwide, excluding Hokkaido, Okinawa, and remote islands.
For Hokkaido, Okinawa, and remote islands, the flat rate is 1,100 yen (tax included).
*Free shipping for purchases of 8,800 yen (tax included) or more per destination.
*Hokkaido, Okinawa, remote islands, and some areas are not eligible for free shipping.

【Regarding delivery】
We are closed on Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays. Items in stock usually ship within 2-5 business days. Basically, it is not possible to specify the delivery date.
If you would like to confirm the pick-up date or change the date and time, please enter the "inquiry slip number" provided in the shipping completion email and contact the courier directly.
Our store uses both existing stores and online stores, so delivery may take some time due to lack of stock. If you are in a hurry or would like to specify a date and time for a gift, please contact us by email with the desired number of items and desired delivery date.
*If you order multiple products and the delivery date of some products is delayed, they will be shipped together once all products are received.

[About products ordered from the manufacturer]
After placing your order, we will check the stock status and notify you by email of the delivery date and time of the product.
*We do not accept cancellations due to customer convenience after ordering.
*We do not guarantee delivery of orders.
*For orders, we need to confirm with the manufacturer/distributor, etc., so it may take around 2 weeks for the item to be shipped.
*If the product you ordered is out of print/discontinued, if it does not arrive within two months of your order, or if the manufacturer informs you that the product cannot be arranged, we will cancel the product. We will contact you by email.
*Products will be shipped as soon as all items are available.

If the shipping address is different from the orderer, the address, name, and phone number of the person placing the order will be listed in the "Requester" field.

[About delivery method]
We will ship by Yamato Transport's courier service or courier compact.
